“Some of my favourite areas of Alberta are the ones up against the Foothills. The feeling of solitude is beautiful. These areas are the same today as yesterday” says artist Chris MacClure about his painting   Standing Alone.

“Cowboy Church” and “Standing Alone” are the two originals by Chris MacClure featured during the 7th Masterpieces in Miniature in the Edmonton Area.   Masterpieces in Miniature presented by  Picture This Gallery in  Sherwood Park, Alberta, Canada, runs from May 7th to 26th, 2011 .  This show features the artwork of over 45 artists of stature from across North America.   more on the show
